my youngest son purchased this by mistake & I need a refund asap. the app itself seems to be a useful one! if I were to have a use for it.. please help me resolve this Novel Writer RT.

It really helps you in the process of writing your novel. It has wonderful tips and guidelines and organizes all the information in a format you can submit for publishing. I recommend to every would-be author.

This application's settings and app commands are not compatible with window's 10 laptop. Waste of funds as I failed to fully utilize the programs features inside the 30 days....money down the tubes.
