It's Good.....but ...... by Debbie
I have used Groovy Notes on my Android Devices for many years. When I found it in the windows store, I was happy to see it. Backing up to and restoring from Dropbox makes it very easy to stay synced between my laptop and my phone and tablet. However, for YEARS, I have waited for some updates. As another reviewer mentioned, we have been begging to have the images inside the actual note. I HATE having to go look at attachments to see my pics. Another thing we have asked for is being able to set a default font. When you restore from one operating system to another, the font is changed to the ugly font that Groovy Notes creator selected. Really bugs me! We've also been asking for different templates, page styles, etc., and colored fonts, and different icons, etc... Don't think we're ever gonna get 'em!

Looks great... but only dropbox for backup? by Warren
The app looks and feels great and definitely something I could use. Pity it only allows the user to backup to Dropbox... which I do not use???

I'm a fan by Ian
I struggled with this app back with the old kindle fire, a couple of different android tabs, and a phone or two... it wasn't great. However its fantastic for the surface. Very intuitive and the dropbox sync makes it really convenient for notes on multiple devices, especially downloading to your phone for easy access. What can I say, I'm a fan. Can't wait till they throw some add ons my way.

Pretty good, but still missing something... by Ronald
The app has a pretty good interface and is on the right track as far as the category tabs are concerned, but it is still lacking something. For one thing, we can't create subcategories. If I create a category tab called Jobs, all my job entries will be dumped in that category and before long it will be a long list. I would like to make subcategories so that under my Jobs tab I could make one with the name being the current year, and another under it to contain my entries. This could be setup as such: JOBS (tab) ---> 2017 ---> Ronald's Pizza Palace ---> (entries). Also, the option to sort everything alphabetically would be awesome. It would also be nice if we could mark individual category tabs as Hidden and have a password-protected toggle to hide/unhide them (even in the All Notes tab). This would allow us to keep business and personal information on the same machine, but hide the personal categories in the event of showing someone the business categories' contents.

Unable to try out by Valerie
Look like something useable but will never know because the trial ran out on my first try to use it. This will need to be fixed before I pay $6 which seems pretty high for an app.

Really slick by James
It works just like advertised. No problems at all. I tried every feature and they all worked well. It reminds me of the old Lotus program a little. Nice looking and simple. I like it.

Trial Expired on first run by Unknown
Told me my trial expired on the very first time I ran the program. Used to have it on my Blackberry Playbook. Worked good on the Playbook, guess I'll never know how it is in Windows.
