This. Is a SIMPLE way to keep track of your weight. If all you want is to just take a quick look and see how you're doing as far as hitting your target weight, this is the perfect app. No tracking of every meal, or every work-out, just your weight. I like it!

A simple but accurate app which just works-perfectly by George
I've been using this app over a year now. I found it when I started my diet and exercise program. It's a great way to track weight gains and losses on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. My doctor has confirmed that the program is pretty accurate in calculating BMI.
