I have done the 7 Minute Workout Challenge for 559 days, this is an indication of the extent to which I like this exercise app. I don't like rating apps.

at first I was like ok is this really going to give me a good workout and so far its been good, I like the whole 3 hearts so if you miss a day you loss a heart and if you loss all 3 you start all over and you have to workout a certain amount of days to get a heart back. So on the days (nights) when I just don't want to do it I just tell myself its only 7 minutes and at first it did seem like a lot but after a couple of days its not too bad and I really enjoy it. doing the workout at night helps me to relax and its a great way to end your day and also its free so if you don't like it just uninstall it

The main 7 min workout itself is very good. The instructor's voice timing and encouraging you is a very nice touch. One of the big draws of the app itself is a series of achievements that is supposed to motivate you to workout daily for 7 months. Unfortunately, as many other reviews have stated, the achievement resets itself EVERYTIME you close the app. The app is supposed to reward you by unlocking a new workout for each month you persist in exercising, the fact that this bug has not been fixed to date does not reflect very well on the developer since no one will ever unlock the rewards unless you leave the app (and your PC) running non-stop for months. If everything works as its supposed to, I'll be giving it 5 stars instead of 3.

Great workout app if you need a preset workout routine (that doesn't require extra gear, besides a chair), and one that will motivate you to work out every day. In a sense, it's kind of designed like a game, where you earn achievements for how often, and when you work out. Similarly, you can earn new workouts by taking on their seven month challenge. You can purchase any of these works too, but I love that they also give you the option to earn them for your effort. To some this could help sustain fitness motivation for a longer time period, in addition to motivating someone become more fit everyday.

It's a good quick workout. I'm 68 and I don't find it difficult as I've always done pushups, pull-ups, etc. I don't think the crunches are of much benefit but the workout is a good way to start the day.
