It's like everything you always wanted from PubMed. And, it's free. And, it's easy to use. I recommend anyone with a need to conduct medical literature searches give it a try. The worst that happens is you don't like it and delete it and go back to PubMed.

Excellent at finding articles but awkward switching back and forth if copying citations or abstracts.

Ease of use is great. If it were possible to email abstracts to interested parties similar to the way PubMed website functions, it would be ideal.
