If you have a good head about you, and can make a decent workout routine, this one is great because you can get creative with the work outs, trying different techniques you might have not thought of. The videos are also a nice touch because you get instructions about doing an exercise correctly. I wish I could build something printable to take to the gym, and I could do a keyword search, but whatever...

I'm 72 and have been working on staying young for several years now (had to give up Kenpo Karate due to knee injuries). I have toyed with some so-called "workout apps" and such with little to no success. They seemed good, but... This app has given me a plethora of workout exercises and ideas for combining them. The "anatomical chart" giving access to specific exercises for specific muscles and muscle groups, including opposing groups, has been the best aspect of this app in my opinion. Of course, without the equipment at home it is sometimes difficult to put a super program together, but with a little imagination and modification it is highly possible to get a very decent workout routine together.
