We’ve taken the best of our in-house technology and mixed it with the power of a progressive web app. This means updates now become as seamless as visiting a normal website and we’re committed to delivering updates to you every week.
Our brand new desktop & mobile application has been completely redesigned allowing you to quickly alert us to any problems that have not already been identified and prevented by our proactive monitoring software.
In addition to the redesign we have also added hundreds of useful product guides to ensure you get the most from the products and services we provide. Our team of technology specialists will keep adding more articles on a weekly basis to ensure content stays fresh and up to date.
We understand how important technology is to you and your business, we also understand how frustrating it can be when something doesn't work as expected, so we have added a real time system status page that is updated as soon as we are aware of issues that may be impacting users from more than one organisation.
