eFACiLiTY® Visitor Management System streamlines the Visitor Management process in an office building or a factory or any secured facility. The eFACiLiTY® Visitor Registration Kiosk app allows visitors to quickly self-register, self-sign-in on arrival and also sign-out on exit from the facility avoiding waiting in long queues to complete the registration process before entering into any secure facility.
The visitors are generally classified into three categories: 1. New Visitors 2. Repeat visitors 3. Pre-registered Visitors with Appointment
This kiosk is normally installed in the lobby / reception / security areas for visitors to self-register, sign-in and generate a visitor badge, that gives them access to enter the facility.
The New Visitor self-registration for new visitors is done by following 7 easy steps: • The Visitor Name, Company Name, Address, Email ID, Phone number, etc. can be entered either manually or by scanning their business card or using NFC Android beam. The mobile number of the visitor can be validated by using mobile OTP (One Time Password) • The visitor can self-declare all items carried inside the facility, including electronic gadgets carried such as mobile phones, laptop, etc., tools and any other materials carried inside. The serial numbers of the items carried in can be entered manually or their barcodes can be scanned via the kiosk’ camera. • The visitor can also take a selfie using the kiosk camera to record their face and also sign using the signature pad displayed in the kiosk • The host who is to be met needs to be selected. • The visitor can further review all details entered and then generate the badge. • The badge will be printed at the Kiosk Printer or in some cases the same can be collected from the Security/Reception by providing the visitor registration id or visitor name. • Mifare/RFid/Other cards required for entering into the facility will always be provided only at the reception/security desk. • Repeat Visitors: A visitor who has already visited the premises can just key-in the unique phone number/email id to retrieve their personal information. To avoid misuse of the identity, the visitor needs to authenticate by entering the OTP received and the photo/signature capture is mandatory for every visit. The items carried in for the visit can also be recorded. Thus, repeat visitors can quickly self-register themselves.
Pre-registered Visitors with Appointment: Pre-registered visitors having a prior appointment can use their mobile number/email id to retrieve their pre-registration information and quickly sign-in. Visitor Sign-Out: Visitors can just swipe the access cards provided or show the barcode/QR code printed in the visitor badges to quickly do a self-sign-out. The visitors can also provide their feedback using the Kiosk.
