Military Fit is a bodyweight circuit training fitness program based on a 30-day functional fitness course. It focuses on full body workouts for maximum body strength and functional muscle building. Routines can be performed at home or on a track & field with a group. Workouts follow classic military conditioning with the modern accent focusing on function and endurance for optimum athletic performance.
