Could you tell me that why you app after downloaded video can't hear the voice ? if you can fix this I will rate you app again by full star

It's impossible to use. I downloader this as a way to get NCS music for my YouTube videos but the downloader wont accept any links. I can clearly see it bring up the download screen/settings but it immediately turns into a error message. I may be doing something wrong, but until I find out if so I'm keeping my rating.

Downloaded video fine. There are some adds but it is what it is. Even on highest quality the picture was a little digital looking but i still got the video i needed. Overall effective in a pinch. Thanks
