Custom Profile Pictures by UGEC WARDOG

It would be nice if we could use custom profile pictures for our Xbox profiles. PlayStation 4 allows you to link your Facebook account which then you can use your Facebook profile picture as your PS4 profile picture. I have my custom designed profile picture with my clan and Gamertag on it, there's nothing wrong with that. I understand that some people may that ability, I'm sure of that, but that's why there's a option to report someone for their profile picture. Why can we report someone for their profile picture now anyway? All profile pictures are made by Xbox and most are stupid anyways, so how can we have a bad profile picture now? Being able to use your own profile picture like PS4 would be an outstanding improvement to Xbox One. Quite frankly, that is the only thing I like about PS4 better than Xbox One. Now since Xbox added clubs to Xbox One, like PS4 has Communities. Please make custom profile pictures possible on Xbox One.

    What it needs! by DOANateDogg

If you had the option to set your photos as wallpapers on the Xbox one it would be awesome. That would make this app a 100 times better for everyone.

    Does thejob by Vertigo X26

Simply put, this app allows you to view pictures... And that's practically it. As opposed to practically every other default Photos app in existence, you can not set your background from it. Funny thing is that Microsoft's own app on both the phone and PC allow that, yet it's non-existent on the Xbox One version. Come on...

    Unusable by Abhi

Since last month my Windows 10 PC has been caught in an endless loop of installing this app via the Store (it just runs through this process automatically) with the install never completing...the end result is that I've been unable to use this app for the last two months. It throws an invalid registry error every time. When I look in the Store, it shows the app is still downloading or still installing it shows completion, then it shows the download/install process starting again. 10/30 Update: Still having issues. There was a strange issue with MS Store apps. 2 (Adobe Photoshop Express & HD Gallery) never finished installing, and 1 (MS Photos) was stuck in a permanent install loop. I worked w/MS Support for 3 hrs--they were able to run a CMD SFC scan, then DISM, then Powershell scripts to reset. After this I reinstalled all 3 apps from the store. The Adobe HD Gallery are now fine, but MS Photos is still not working!!!!!!!

    Just a viewer by Scott

This app used to have useful photo editing options (highlight and shadow enhancing, etc.) but the latest update inexplicably removes them. What's left is a routine crop function, a pretty unsuccessful auto-enhance, and some sliders and themes that are not better. It's now more like a thumbnail viewer. There are many better options.

    Terrible by Kellie

I would love to be able to organize my photos myself. Your way sucks. Cannot find any photo in the organization skills. The live tiles feature not work either. And for live tiles I would love to be able to choose which pictures I want displayed
