Best Yoga App For Beginners by H C
This app provides clear instructions and video. It's great for beginners like me. I just did Level 1, but they do have Levels 2 & 3 with the paid version (which is an excellent price). They allow flexibility with time schedules by giving 20, 40, or 60 minute intervals.

CALMING AND HELPS WITH ANXIETY by Patricia
I love this app after doing just then first beginner 20 minute workout! Its like a workout, but relaxing at the same time. I can definitely feel the affects it has not only on my body but on my mind. I highly recommend this app!

Simple and Functional - But Bugs by suneel
UPDATE: After having to enter password every time I wanted to access paid routines ( then it will go check and realize I already purchased the content ), and with no fix in sight, I decided to downgrade it to 3 stars. It is super annoying bug. While many yoga apps out there have tons of poses/aasanas, very few have the simple sequence styled interface such as this, where you can get down to doing actual yoga in 20/40/60 mins sessions in 2 different levels. You still have access to a lot of yoga aasana/pose library and ability to customize your workouts.

Loved the positions and what they do for the body. My only complaint, and it is not a complaint is it moves a little fast for beginners or those of us that have been away from the practice for awhile. Overall this is great.
