It makes it easier for me to access all photos I have taken from my phone.

When you include a directory with many photos (~2000) the app freezes even after hours of scanning. In addition it does not support samsung's own live photos, so we cannot preview the short video that is embedded in each photo, as in the galaxy S7 edge

It really sucks because theres a long time that we don't hace a cloud service and we cant get anyways if you don't have a new phone...theres a lot picture that I want to pass it to my notebook

Dude, why have useless apps that don't even work the way they are supposed to? App crashes every few minutes, doesn't save sign in info so when it starts back up you have to sign in again after each crash. Takes forever to load photos. doesn't have a continuous sync so each time you request to download latest photos it ends up downloading the whole folder all over again creating duplicates over and over. Much like the rest of the apps provided by the Microsoft app store, USELESS, FRUSTRATING and underdeveloped. Either fire your developers and hire better ones or get a better system. Steal googles ideas because all their apps seem to work just fine.

Appears to want to upload the photos on my computer to Samsung Cloud, which is not what I wanted. I want to be able to download my photos on Samsung Cloud to my computer, or preferably, upload them to OneDrive. I have a Note 5, which is supposed to be supported.
