Exactly what I needed by Jason
I draw for fun, and this app actually helps me figure out the shading and makes me more accurate when I turn the pics into sketches then draw it from that from scratch. I found the perfect settings and my hand sketched drawings come out nearly exact! Love it and tried other ones but ads and difficulty were too much. This is as simple as touch editing, which is what we need in windows 8 and higher.

From a normal pic to a beautiful sketch! by Laura
I love this app. It turns normal pictures into works of art, and I can control so much of the process. This app gives a variety of options and allows the pc user to use artistic license. I give this app 5 stars!

Many effects for less then two dollars. by Joseph
It allows you to do allot of changes from paper back-ground, to different types of painting, drawling, and framing once you pay one cent under two dollars. It allows you to manipulate and control colors, and even the size of the borders.

Dynamite little app! by Bob
I've used several PC programs that do 'sketches' - and trust me, this is the best. And easiest to use. So much fun that I purchased the upgrade ($1.99 - the price of a soda!) to enjoy all the options. I will waste HOURS playing with this thing!! Good work, developers.

Not bad at all.... by Mitchell
I wish there was a little more flexibility and resizing and a few things like that, but for a freebie, it is not bad at all. Purchase a few of the extras, and it becomes an excellent product. Rotate, resize, resolution shift, a few of those things that would normally be in a photo editor and it would be very nearly perfect.

Glitchy Needs Work by Kevin
There are several bugs/glitches in this App. For example, there is a "Special" function on the menu that puts a hand and outline over the picture your are working on, sort of a frame. But once you put it on there is now way to undo it, because the special function will not click off. The every future picture you load defaults to this hand image. No clear way to get rid of prior settings.
