Movie Creator : Free Video Editor

This is Terrible... I can't merge videos or anything else but trimming the video, which I rarely ever need. It doesn't allow me to save videos either, there's always an error that appears.

If no stars were an option I would choose that. For starters, there are ads all over the place which should have been the first hint that this app is worthless. You can't do any actual editing to your videos like cutting out chunks or moving parts around. You can trim off the beginning and end and that is it. You have more editing tools of Instagram than you do this app.

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS it is NOT ads free even after you pay. This is a scam app. This app does NOT allow you to do any real video editing and only loaded one clip at a time, and did NOT add clips. This is NOT worth even $2.99 because it is no different after paying than before.

Downloaded this for the purpose of combining short clips into a single movie. Everytime I clicked "add clip" or "add video", it just replaces the first one that was loaded. So apparently, the advertised ability to merge videos isn't actually supported? Completely useless for my purposes, and false advertising to boot. It may not have wasted my money, but it sure wasted my time. Don't let it waste yours.

Reminds me of all the Stupid ads My Windows phone popped up on my mind. The first thing that happened when I opened this up was pop a 30 sec video commercial on mop soap. Not worth the effort to push the unstall button.

I've used Movie Maker with previous versions of Windows for years and loved it. Perfectly fits my needs without trying to learn a more professional level software. I hate this app and find it to be a very poor replacement for the previously available software. I have yet to use it when it didn't crash and even when I manage to save a project, when I go to play it back or share it online, the app can't play back the file. Bring back the full Movie Maker software, please!!!

Some neat simple effects. Trimming is made a breeze. Adding text is an absolute nightmare. You can't go back and edit while viewing it on the screen, so you have to guess at how big and what font you want. It also gives you the option to expand but once you move on it goes back to whatever size it was originally. Text adding needs a lot of work... This program also doesn't allow editing of certain common mov file types. Slideshow just force closes the entire app.

I cannot figure this out - "easily create video story" is false. Bring back Windows Movie Maker for Windows 10. All of your free app options are absolutely worthless unless all you are wanting to do is trim a video.
