Great features, fewer bugs. much improved. by J.
Excellent for FAST reviewing, organizing, and light editing of large groups of images. I find it to be an an excellent alternative to the built-in Windows Photos, which is more of a Photo album and library manager. There are far fewer bugs and crashes in the most recent update (certain tools no longer crash) but major features are still missing. One still must install classic IrfanView, with plugins, to gain the full feature set. I still prefer this UWP version, for the automatic updates.

No Unicode Support, no Plugin Support by Toivo
The store version of the app does not support filenames with Japanese characters, and does not appear to support installation of plugins to fix this. It also fails to scale the user interface on high-DPI (4k) displays.

An amazing tool by Robert
Sometimes I have to batch convert thousands of images so I can convert them to a uniform size/aspect ratio. This tool makes this process effortless. My only complaint is that it possibly doesn't use enough of my CPU to make the process faster. Really great that this is part of the store.

The Swiss knife of image viewers by Mircea
I've been using this for literally over a decade and I never felt the need for something else. It offers all the options you could ever need, tons of customizability and a fantastic batch processing tool. The only thing I can criticize about it is the logo
