costs more than stated by Kim

I just used this and it was straight forward and easy to use, however it cost $4.99 for an outbound fax that was 3 pages (including the cover page)? On the description page it states an outgoing fax will cost $2.99?

Charges, but Doesn't Send by Jim

Assembled the fax, all checked good, paid fee with PayPal, app transitioned to Sending Fax. 30 Seconds later, pop-up announces it timed out. Status bar said "Check Number". Number was correct, attempted to send again, but ran me back through PayPal to pay again. In a hurry, I paid again. Same behavior - time out, no credit balance for unsent fax (and yes, I was charged). Disappointing that Microsoft would host such a blatant rip-off in their Store. Live and Learn, I guess.

Nice App but TOO DANG EXPENSIVE! by Rob

Easy to setup easy to use - nice interface. But come on you could make this cheaper!

    It works by Nathan

I have to be fair.. I needed to fax out something important and in a pinch. This worked great for that purpose. It was easy to install and use. Although the importance of theses documents made the $2.99 "worth it" this time, I'm going to set up my printer's software that was free, and use that in the future which will always be free.

Too many questions, Unk. Cost, Poor Direction by Rocky

Before you can even download, you are required to provide Credit Card info. Then after down load, no how to, no directions, apparently $35 per Mo, $169 per yr. Someone said 99 cents per fax? NOT Cheaper to go buy a fax machine and use it as needed!

    First-time user by Carol

This free app from the store was pretty easy to install and use for this novice first-time in-home fax user. Of course you pay for the fax, which is fully acceptable, but the application is free and very simple to figure out. The only thing I didn't like about it is the small number of characters available for the recipient line (needs to be longer for the department within a business) and the subject line. Other than that, it is just fine. I found it easy to attach my document and review the fax before submitting it. I even received an email notification when it was delivered. I'm glad to have the capability to send a fax from home when necessary without having to purchase another device for my desktop.
