Update: 8.0.12.0 fixes the below. I'm happy with the response. I am literally writing this review on the lap dock keyboard after seeing the words "could not connect to lap dock" displayed on the lap dock screen. I guess I'll just stick with the retail firmware :( I use the lap dock every day for work, so this is another entry into the HP BUMMER HALL OF FAME. In such a miniscule platform ecosystem, you cannot afford to disappoint and alienate core users like me, but they will always disappoint and alienate core users like me first...

The app is perfect but ever since the creators update I recieve a warning when I connect to the lapdock wirelessly. It days that the lapdock is not working correctly with continuum and requires a firmware update to fix this. HP are you still actively supporting the X3 and it's accessories?
