After a few minutes the videos just stopped. In order to see them in full length you have to update the app to premium.

Not sure yet but it is all good so far.

You only see a few minutes of the exercise and as soon as you get hooked they stop and tell you to buy the full version.

I understand how to do stuff I never thought of doing it. I'm a 32 mother of 2 teens and a hyper active 9 year old I don't stop during the day so either I can do it in the morning b4 kids r up or at night after everything is done its right here on my phone I do it in my living room.
