Even without the purchased content, (which I'm not sure what is in it), the content already unlocked I have been doing for a week... straight. My muscles have already tightened, and I have that first thing in the morning pain in my muscles everyday before I workout to loosen them up again. Mostly I've been working on arms, legs, butt and core, and the exercises provided in the app have little to no equipment really needed, which is great for me. Also I would recommend the Yoga app as well. :) If you are a women looking for just that little something to stay a little bit healthier and keep your edurance this would be the app, and those who are just starting working out, before you hit the gym check out this app. Once everything gets to feeling like its too easy... then I'd say get a gym membership.. but until then.. who feels like paying 40-100$ a month? I was looking for a good exercise app that would really engage me! This one certainly did! There was one intro routine to each workout group, and you can work out ranging from 5 min to 10 min on each group. You have to pay to get the rest of the routines, but I don't mind that. It's no different than a gym membership. I also love how it tells me how many calories I burned for each day, and the whole week. All in all, well done!

I suffer from Systemic Lupus, and I have a lot of medical problems along with being obese. I installed this app on my pc, and I really enjoyed being able to follow the instructor, and feel the muscles waking back up in my body--thank you so much for putting out an app that really takes a look at the potential of all different types of people are seeking help, and glad that ,you who produced this app, were thinking along this manner.
