Great app. Helped me quit some addictions. Every time I felt like doing lines, I'd just do the Superset. Now I'm getting stronger, been clean for months. Now addicted to random workouts.

I really love this app. You test your current ability in push ups, sit ups, dips, and squats. Then the app sets up a routine for you to follow 5 days a week for 6 weeks. You can either workout exercise by exercise with breaks calculated in or program in the exercises you want to do for 6 weeks and complete in a rotational series. Really helps to keep you motivated - that is as long as you push the icon.

Excellent fitness app. Adapts to challenge all levels. The major bodyweight exercises are covered. Great use of WinPhone Modern UI.

Been using for a few weeks and really like it. It's great for a beginner like me and has kept me motivated better than literally anything else (including a gym membership). Started out pretty easy but by week 4 it really starts to hurt!

Very simple, yet very useful. I start using it 2 months (if you don't want to kill yourself) before my Army Physical Fitness Test and it works like a charm!
