You wake up in a hospital bed, your body aching and your mind foggy. You try to remember how you got there, but all you see is darkness. You sit up and look around, but the room is empty. You get out of bed and start to explore the hospital, but it's deserted. Something is wrong.

You follow a trail of blood down a long corridor and come to a door. You hesitate for a moment, then slowly push it open. Inside, you see a group of zombies feasting on a human corpse. They turn their rotting heads towards you and let out a blood-curdling roar.

You know that you have to run, but you're too slow. The zombies are on you in an instant, their rotting flesh and sharp teeth tearing at your flesh. You scream in pain and terror as they devour you alive.

But then, you wake up again. Back in the hospital bed. It was just a dream. Or was it?
