Matching for Kids

This game is for people of all ages. The game begins with 36 cards mixed up in a random order and face down. To begin a turn, click on one card and you will see the picture on the front of the card. Then click a second card and you will see the picture on the front of that card. If the pictures match, then the matching cards remain face up for the remainder of the game. If they do not match, then the cards turn back over face down. Either way, that completes your turn. Continue flipping cards until all of the cards are face up.

When all cards are face up, the game is over. During the game, you can see a timer running. The idea is to complete the game as quickly as possible. The game remembers your best time and you should always try to beat your best time.

The game also features some relaxing background music. You can pause or mute the music at any time.
