Schools, Workplaces, and Government entities prevent users of their internet to go to websites that are on a list of blocked sites called a filter. This app shows different ways to Go Around filters and blockades.

This app is not a VPN or a type of hacking app, this is an educational app that explains ways to get to blocked sites (on filtered networks, e.g. Schools) like for say YouTube.com or Twitter.
