The REMIRA INSTORE App offers in-store retailers comprehensive functions as a springboard to a digital business model, from customer consultation on the shop floor to backroom inventory management.
Functions at a glance:
Take your storefront online: With the omnichannel services Click & Reserve and Click & Collect, you can connect your brick-and-mortar store with your digital presence as a web shop online. Customers can order products online and have the goods delivered to the store to try on or to take home with them.
Omnichannel in-store: By integrating Click & Collect and Click & Reserve, your sales staff has contact with your online customers, creating the opportunity to generate additional sales on site through cross-selling or upselling.
Record incoming goods digitally: Sales staff can scan delivery note numbers, record suppliers, barcodes, and quantities and can then forward the data to the backend.
Supplier returns: User-friendly digital process for returning goods to the supplier
Stock transfer made easy: Items on a delivery note do not have to be recorded one at a time for stock transfer to another store. All you need to do is scan the delivery note number! We also support stock transfers without notification of dispatch. Simply straightforward stock transfer.
Requesting goods across stores for customers: Does your customer want a product in a size that you no longer have in stock, but your neighboring store does? No problem! The REMIRA INSTORE App provides a custom menu that allows your sales staff to request goods from other stores for each particular customer - including delivery tracking up to your store’s doorstep. The sales staff can inform the customer by SMS, e-mail, or telephone when the product is ready for pickup.
A filter concept for better results: With the new filter concept, stock data can be clearly selected and honed in on. The filter criteria "Date", "Supplier", "Color" or "Size" provide you with the matches you are looking for in your stock data.
- Make inventory scanning even more straightforward: Your employees can scan so-called location/place barcodes using the camera on their smartphone or an additional scanning device to scan for inventory where it is needed. Manual entry is also possible. Correcting quantities in your data entry or deleting the entire inventory set is also just a swipe away.
- Made for both online and offline: Can’t connect to your ERP backend for some reason? You can carry out your entire inventory in an offline mode. The data is stored locally until it can be transferred the next time online.
Customer management: Customer data can also be recorded in the REMIRA INSTORE App. Put your customers in control and let them enter their customer data in store with the app’s very own interactive kiosk mode.
