Worried about privacy? This app uses the same protocol as the Apple Watch so there's no funny business happening with your data. The Push Notifications go directly from your iPhone to your computer via Bluetooth and that's where it stays. Your private data never touches the internet. Internet use disclosure: App icons are downloaded and stored the first time they are requested; and are refreshed once a month. In order to download the appropriate icon, the requesting app's name, and ONLY the requesting app's name (WhatsApp, Gmail, Facebook, etc), is used to downloaded the icon from Apple's servers. No data about the contents of the notifications ever leave your computer.
