The section 89 that I have clearly states that we can use wine for the sacraments and that mild barley drinks are good for us. Also, there was no mention of eating meat sparingly in your content.

I Believe this is really a book or smart guideline to live your life by. I can't see anything here that could harm one's bobby or mind, so if that's right living one's lifestyle in a clean way can only help us or Me as a person & possibility if not probably longer with better health in body and soul ! I feel it's a true guideline for man to live better lives by! Beach Bum Charlie !

This app amounts to little more than a scanned version of the Word of Wisdom pamphlet used by LDS missionaries. There is no two-page view for landscape, the app is not searchable, it is not possible to write in the pamphlet--despite the inclusion of the original pamphlet's notes page. In short: you can do more with a PDF of the pamphlet and the built-in Reader app than you can with this app.
