Great service when it works, clear picture, however, extremely inconsistent, buffers constantly and sometimes random channels will refuse to work at all. I urge you to try to free 7 channel option for a couple days before paying to see how the buffering affects you.

the freezes and skips every five minutes make it impossible to watch sports or movies...it is now a complete piece of #$&%

it only works once in a while

In order to link your online account, you need to get a registration code from the Xbox One app. However whenever I click register, I get an error code every time, even after restarting the console. I suspect this is an app issue.

LOVE that i can stream local channels for free. Would pay for the other channels but buffers & freezes too much. Can't tell if it's when other devices are connected or if it's a popular show. Wish it was location specific ~ I'd love to see my local anchors from back home

I like this app very much. Everything is up front, no hidden or surprise fees. They offer you a free version or a pay version from the beginning. If this had a few more free channels it would be perfect! Definitely worth getting, one of the best free apps out there.
