down load the app. Make the entire report before you You have to pay $300 dollars or anything you print will have SAMPLE all over it. Waist of time for the smaller company. Hope your pockets are deep.

It runs really well and I use my surface pro 4 to do the entire Home inspection in way less time than I used to , using other well known software. I would recommend it to all inspectors. It has a library of comments that are easily editable . Aaron gives great support and near instant communication. Great product, great support and a real time saver ! Thanks

This could be a really great product but the problem I had was the customer service. Customer service was the worst I have ever dealt with! I had several problems, questions, complaints and was always told I was doing it wrong and to read the help menus again. No hands on help and we ended up throwing away the software. I tried everything I thought was possible to correct things but Customer service did not care. Very disappointed. I even offered to purchase a I-Pad computer if they would switch my licensed over from Windows OS to I-Pad, but they wanted to charge me and additional $201.00 because I received a first year discount. I have owned the software for almost 5 months and have not had a single paid inspection with it. I think I was reasonable in my request. Very disappointed customer, Todd

This app. really is spectacular! I have been inspecting properties for 30+ years and after a disaster with Porter Valley software and a worthless 2 hours with their tech support that did not fix my problem, I looked for another program. ( with 5 reports to be written on my desk) One program that looked good recommended a 3 day class to get up and running. Not acceptable. I purchased Spectacular and was producing good reports that day. The developer walked me through the conversion of my library of comments and in short order everything was right there ready to go. Clients love the format and I have had only positive comments from clients and realtors alike. Tech support has been nothing short of amazing. The program is easy to customize and layout to my liking. I could not be happier with the purchase. I have completed more than 240 reports so far and have no complaints. I would recommend this report to any inspector.
