School Writing

Please fix your software. When you select an exercise and try 25% of the time your program/app does not take user input than I have to close the app out and try again. Also accuracy of the program is off. When you complete the letter b and I don't care how you write it 50% of the time it tells my son to keep practicing and does nor award a star. I have tried myself and get the same results so there is definitely something wrong with the calibration of your software.
