Hi, I use the Retail engagement program on a daily basis, I often (3-4) times a week have to uninstall the Application and Re-install the Application in order for it to show available Call reports only for the following day or two. When I open the App go to store visits and choose my store it will show zero call reports available until I uninstall and re-install the app and input my mobile ID again. After doing all of this I will always only ever show two days of call reports at most! Why is this? It is very frustrating to have to constantly uninstall and re-install this application only to show two call reports at the absolute most. Is there a fix or any future updates coming to help with this issue? I have checked the build number and it seems as though I am running the latest version of the software. Thank you very much and any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I know that I am not the only one having this frustrating issue.

Connectivity and syncing between scheduling and reporting software is inaccurate and not reflective of the right days. Unable to complete accurate reporting with missing reports.

I believe the program is taking the start time and end time incorrectly. Please check the tool
