Maybe a Windows 10 problem but the App gives an unexpected error immediately after sign in and fails to do anything else. Reinstalled. Rebooted. Still won't work. I'm having to carry my old Android phone around with me so I can still pay for parking. Disappointing as this is a great service...when it works. UPDATE 2/24 Still not working on Windows 10 Mobile. I emailed support over a month ago to report the problem which they acknowledged they knew about. Still not fixed. Tired of carting my Android phone around. Switching back to quarters soon. UPDATE 6/6. Still no change. App fails to work with Windows 10. Mobile web is an abysmal experience. If Parkmobile won't support Windows 10 they should at least provide a better web experience. UPDATE 7/23 You guessed it. Still busted. Web interface still abysmal. Tried to add a rental car to my account and pay for parking and it failed miserably. Thankfully the area I was in had meters that accepted credit cards. Still broken after 6 months!

Does the most basic stuff required, but this is a pretty big downgrade from the android version... Missing significant features and functionality... But I guess at least it works.

Please add feature to switch user or account within App. Would like to switch between business and personal accounts (2 star reason). Option to stop session if not using all the time selected. More stars if these features were incorporated. The alert feature is great. Add frequently used zones and location feature so app informs you what zone you are in. On Windows Phone App live tile add time remaining.

Awful app. Tried to register four times and keep getting "unknown error" with no option to get help.

There's no GPS location map for finding zone. This is frustrating because if I'm running into a place, I can submit the parking remotely...especially in bad weather. I never remember the number once inside. My iPhone has the location zone GPS. So it's frustrating that Windows does not. Also, the website locator doesn't work well either

I there when this app didn't even work. So glad to see they've not only made it better but also maintained it!
