Network Speed Test Pro

I do not understand why I get such low readings using this app. On three other apps I will get a download of approx. 82mbps and with Network Speed I get in the low 20's. I like the looks of this app and it's very fast but as of now I can not trust the readings.

So far i have not found one single Windows 10 app that works as good or gives as accurate results as speedtest.net (OOKLA). I have an internet connection of 175 down/12 up. Speedtest.net gives me results close to that, sometimes higher. I havent been able to get above 60 Mb/s on this app...obviously that is wrong.

Easy to use. Intuitive. Great product.

The app is intuitive enough to use, but it easily reports a MUCH lower speed than every other app or website I've used. Not even close, actually. Where this will report 1-5 Mbps, other apps will show 60-100 Mbps. It doesn't seem very reliable.

I like the history record. Since I have an ISP whose broadband varies substantially by the minute; when I call IT and complain.........they want a history and when I send them one or get them on line.........my bill is reduced by the percentage of service below my subscription. Please ad an automatic email feature that could send them an unlimited number of records: the performance of their broadband data really gets their attention. Oversight agencies also want the data, so.........FCC and the U.S. Dept of Consumer Protection should be copied to open complaints. The more automated this is .........the better my service gets. but who has the time to squeeze quality assurance. I checked with Consumer Reports, and they would love to receive streaming data or ISP performances. Can you automate this feature?

Like the dashboard GUI. Simple, lite. But, it could provide more explanations .. why one use receives speed x and the next a speed up to 10x sometimes... Is it the network, the channel, the protocol? But clear, clean, easy, works well!

It gives me the speed but what I want to show my internet provider is the time of the day the download speed goes down. Would be nice to have that feature.

Ability to physically watch the tests as the signal travels to and from its source. Basic site navigation. Easy for beginner level, pc network, administrator, owner or operator
