Works perfectly, and the images are beautiful.

I tried to launch but it wouldn't work for me either

This theme works fine once it's installed and selected normally from your computer as you would any other old wallpaper you'd activate in Windows as your theme. If you try launching this from this Microsoft Store app you might run into problems. Just do it from Settings>>Personalization>>Themes... works great!
