Awful and dangerous by Neil
The app required that I set a new password, and then from within the app change to yet another. But it won't accept any new passwords, because "the system is unavailable." Now the password has been changed and won't function on any of my platforms, so I have no access to usage tracking. In other words, installing this app on one device rendered it unusable on other devices. DON'T INSTALL THIS.

In May 2014, VerizonWireless recently made some changes to their logon procedures rendering this app useless.

This App does not work after the first couple of session. It just will not allow you to sign in. I would fire the people responsible for this. Shame on Verizon, as large as they are with a poor product like this. No excuse!

Everything an app should be! by Mase
The "My Verizon Mobile" app for Windows 10 is a good example of streamlined functionality. It has everything needed to personalize & update my account along with the option to check &/or pay my bill. Some have given lower review scores sighting that this app is lacking options available at Verizon's full website. I prefer not to be rude, especially online but that is the most ridiculous reason to write a bad review for an "APP"! These are suppose to be compact, quick & easy to use by design, that is their nature. Having every single feature crammed into this would not only defeat the purpose entirely but you may as well just use your favorite browser & log onto to full website...right?
