Just like the MTA the app Sucks, Ran 7 blocks because their arrival time stated 5min. I get there sweating and the actual arrival time was 18min. Thanks MTA once again you've Let another commuter down could've had 10min snooze and a calm walk.

Absolutely dysfunctional on Windows Phone. Trip planner doesn't adhere to starting times. "Schedules" repeatedly showed "NO ITEMS FOUND" - even between Atlantic Terminal and Jamaica - after tapping "Get times." Worse than useless, it wasted a good bit of my time downloading, installing and trying to use it.
