LCARS Interface WP

I'm not a Trekkie but I like TNG (and TOS), and this is pretty cool! I've got the Windows 8 app too. Its very well done and is worth a download if you like Star trek- even if just a little bit. (TNG was on 7 seasons for a reason- there's some great acting and writing in the show.) Suggestions: update the weather icons to match the LCARS theme, they seem out of place (this can be said for the Win8 version too). Also, some kind of fake scanner would be cool (so I can bother my friends by telling them I'm scanning them with a tricorder ). It would be cool if you could take pictures through the app. The calculator buttons ought to be a bit taller, with more space between the text and the edge of each button. Additionally, video logs with the front camera, and audio logs would be cool. This app represents science fiction becoming a reality. The more features it can have the less of a novelty it will be; it will be more like a ui replacement (yet it is interesting how the Modern UI is similar to LCARS ).

It's cool and it would be even better if it could be chosen as a Windows theme in settings. I'd love to see it's use expanded. My only compliant is over web surfing. It refuses to let me login to DeviantART and Facebook. The only two social sites I've tried accessing though the app. so far. Also it would be nice if it could import favorites from Internet Explorer.

Being a HUGE Star Trek fan, I love this app. It's not as good as the LCARS app on Android, because everything that is in there is amazing! But I like the direction they are going in. I just wish I could save the logs, by uploading them to Skydrive. Backing up those items are very important. Still, this is the best app of it's type for Windows Phone.
