InPixio Photo Editor Premium

I jus spent 19.99 on an app for my PC that won't even open a photo to edit. Just sits and spins the lovely little circle and won't load....waited 5 minutes and just closed the program. Must be a bug, but hopefully you get it fixed soon and I can giv a positive review.

Best photo editing app you can get for $20. Works perfectly and has some cool and easy to use features.

It won't let me install it, keep getting error code 0x80070216. I don't know what the code is for. I really thought I would like this app. $19.00 for nothing.
