Goodreads

Goodreads, is an app that allows you to read REVIEWS of books, write your own REVIEWS, and keep track of the books you want to read and have read. You cannot read books using the app, as the currently only other reviewer seemed to think. This app does exactly what it's supposed to do.

I wanted books, not ads. When the very first thing an app does is open into a full screen ad that you have to exit out of, it's a bad sign.

This is the goodreads mobile view. Same thing you get when you use the browser. Only this applies ads. Just use your internet browser. Not worth the cost and it was free.

It is just a port of mobile site of goodreads bundled with ads. You can simply go "m.goodreads.com" instead of using this app.

This it's just a wrapper of the mobile site. Better use the browser. Also it's burying you in ads.

The ads are the only things that work.

It's the mobile website with ads. The mobile website isn't even working correctly so I thought I would get the app to see of that would work but no. I'm not happy with goodreads right now. I can't update my progress or rate any books. Thanks for nothing app you're twice as useless.
