VZ FIOS is a supported cable provider, but it doesn't appear on the sign in page, so I have no way to use the app.

Yep, another reviewer saying the same thing. Comcast Xfinity is not listed as an option, but redirects you to a site that validates that it should work, directs you back to the start. Endless loop. Great programming, crappy app. Stop leaving Windows users out in the cold!

I can't get it to play anything at all on Windows 10. All I get is an error message on the screen that reads, "NoAuthz" Comcast/XFINITY is the provider. Tried signing in/out repeatedly, as well as uninstalling/reinstalling the app numerous times, and nothing seems to work. I'm certain its not an issue with having access to the content, as the android version of the app works just fine with the same account details.

This is a waste of space! The app doesn't even load to use. What is the sense of creating an app that isn't useful!?

It's rare that you find an app that has less functionality than the website it replaces, but this is one. The lack of full screen for videos is unbearable in an app that is all about playing video. Save time and use the website instead.
