I cant even get a refund because your online form doesn't accept the order number that is REQUIRED to submit the request. Your register button just keeps saying you already purchased and using licensed site-yet the site keeps saying you are using the demo-please register. I needed this tonite! I want a refund! You follow the directions and it does not work at all.

I read Don's review and agree with him. The response from the Developer was completely lame. The "trial version" does not have limited capability it has NO CAPABILITY! It's useless. I could not even read the file my son sent me. It was all in ASCI text and I got a message telling me I had to "register" (i.e., buy the full program) to read the file in English. Worthless!

The demo copy does nothing, except tell you that you need to register and then to register you will immediately be charged. What a ripoff.. I want to see the app before I pay 50 bucks for it, and then find out it doesn't work despite the hype.

It says that you need to "register" to view files with the "free trial" version, but instead of registering the "free" version it takes you to the store and asks for authorization to purchase. It looks like this app is trying to trick you into authorizing buying it. Best case: the author doesn't speak English natively and there is a problem with communication. Middle case: Microsoft's app store is poorly designed. Worst case: It is a deliberate scam and they are trying the old "the free version can't fix this" trick common to fake software and malware.

Cannot tell how the program runs because the trial is so limiting...poor marketing method. ):

As others have stated,though I cannot judge the full finished product.I would really appreciate a way to get rid of this bogus & inferior half-ass software.One other thing,I can't believe this trial version(that does absolutely NOTHING)is a whopping 67mb!!Truly,one of worst pieces of software I have ever witnessed and anyone who's thinking of trying,just stay away,much better programs out there @100% free.
