I like the Windows 8 apps because I can experience them outside of a modern web browser - and in a full screen. I'm very happy to see that evite made their services available in this way. Thank you! When I'm sitting on the couch, designing ecards, I SAVE SO MUCH TIME (and hassle) by pulling up the app from the start screen. I don't have to enter a web URL with my fingertips (which is often cumbersome) on my tablet screen. Aside from entering a URL, I also don't have to deal with browser bars on the top of my screen. This new app makes my evite experience a separate one. And I appreciate that.

Downloaded the app because the mobile site was utterly useless. Sadly, this app mirrors the functionality of the mobile site. smh

I've downloaded this app for my desktop and laptop PC's, both of which are running Windows 8.1 Professional. Today I created an account on the Evite website. I validated that account. Then I tried to log into that account on both the laptop and desktop. It would not let me. Instead what it does is the instant I try to log in, the application just minimizes. This is consistent and easily repeatable.
