very bad first impression, cannot create "account" or access gmail to open. I uninstalled. This is a reader why do I need to access facebook (which I am not a member) or give my gmail address. I will not be using this "free" program

App closes each time we try to open any downloaded ebook

Why does it need my email info and phone number.

This apps are literally the worst ebook reader ever. Purchase a book from the website and the apps fail to download the book or the ebook end up corrupted. Not to mention I've wasted huge amount of data trying to download the ebook over and over only to get the ebook erased from the library everytime I close the apps

If there is a zero.. I would definitely rate it zero! I am not even kidding. Both the PC and mobile version sucks! I can't even search anything. What is the use then. Seriously this is the first time I have ever encounter such a bad app. FIX IT! Totally took my time trying to figure out how to work this app. UGH I CAN'T EVEN. DEFINITELY UNINSTALLING!!

Dear developer, this app sucks. I want to borrow and read books from the National Library. When I download it from 'borrowed shelf', it's fine. I can download and read it. But after I turned Windows Surface off, *pooffff* my book is gone. My downloaded books on the 'download shelf' are gone. When I try to download it again from the 'borrowed shelf', nothing happens. Unresponsive. I tried to log out and log in again the eSentral and PNM website, but nothing happens. This eSentral app should never been born.
