Earthquake Scan

Timely and accurate. Customizable to what level quakes you wish to be notified of. Only thing that could be improved is the map needs to be more interactive - but still a great tool to stay informed! UPDATE: App stopped working after appx 6 months. Re-install fixed it.

Very informative and accurate earthquake monitor. The only slight drawback is the ability to modify the presentation. Would be helpful to be able to see the time and date better or be able to add it to the bottom bar of information. Other than that, great and handy app to have.

I wanted to like this app. Locates recent quakes on a map, allows you to pinch zoom to zoom in to get a more localized view of the area. However, there is no way to filter what quakes are listed; it lists every quake even those with a magnitude less than 1! The live tile does not update properly. No world view of quakes. Has lots of potential but I don't think the developer has any plans to update and fix. Last update was 2013

This app was flawless & it worked perfectly until the 2nd of June 2015. When it did work, I would have rated this a solid 5 out of 5 stars, but now it is completely useless. Until an update fixes the issue, I have to rate this at 0 of 5 stars. Save yourself the headache and avoid installing this until an update is provided to solve this issue.

easy, lot of info........

Good app, but settings don't work. I have it set to "Alert me only if Earthquakes exceed: 5", but it notifies me of all earthquakes, which is very irritating. The app's settings need to be expanded and they need to work! I used the app on my Windows 10 desktop.
