Duplicates Cleaner Prime

Very easy to use. Just don't use it on a folder where you have fixed the picture because one will be eliminated. Maybe the good one.

First off, I paid the $4 or so for the premium version after using the free one for quite some time. I don't think there is too much benefit to doing so, but these devs deserve my $4, haha. I would love to see the ability to prioritize which folders/files for mark for deletion, and also a better layout for search results. Still, AMAZING product all in all. Keep up the great work!

I have purchased the duplicate cleaner prime however I can't seem to get the app to work as designed. I used the app for three weeks and tried to open the prime app that I purchased and the app will not work or initialize. I tried to check for updates and it would not work. Do I need to purchase this app every month or is this any app that requires something else? I am concerned as the app works well but I just have this concern about the app.

Found numerous duplicate files hidden in various places. Looking forward to becoming better organized. Thanks for all your hard work in developing this app.

When it works it works very well (and very fast) but it doesn't always work.

I put it to work right away and it found gigabites of duplicate photos. It did well. Then tried navigating thru the results rying to pick yey and ney, the black and yellow background alternating caused me to be looking at the wrong files, the alternating colors trick my eyes. No telling wether the check mark means keep or delete the selected file. Couldn't continue blindly with the session risking wiping out gigs of files. Tried finding a support article from Kaeros, instructions, a manual, couldn't find it. Clicking on buttons took me to my web explorer, one took me to email address on web explorer. It seems it needs work for making it user friendly with a manual and support. I want to use this app more, knowing tat what I'm doing is clear to me. I think it'll be a good app for me. Please help, Kaeros. Upate: now it will not work on photos. The buttons leading to support are a joke, will not work. I'll submint a note from my grandmother supporting my comments to support, by email.
