update : I've been testing your product every day for a week, this is my observation: first, I tried this app on an external hard drive, I realized that the app was sending the deleted duplicate file to my trash can on my main hard drive which has less space than the external drive, as a result the app crashed. on my second test, the app found on my main hard drive about 1500 duplicate files. after I press delete, the app crashed. on my third test I stopped the search ( I pressed skip) once the app detect 150 duplicate files. it was a success, it deleted the 150 duplicates by sending them in the trash can where I have to do the final removal of the duplicate files. based on my experience on the app, my opinion is, the app perform a good scanning of duplicate files, but it doesn't delete the files, it just moves it to the trash bin and it only works on small files. sony vaio windows 10 pro

So you guys tricked me and ran the scan cool but to delete a single thing you have to pay. The app is a free scan and that's it. I am sooooooo disappointed.

This app advertises itself as free until you use it. Then it wants to charge you $4.99 to finish the job. I consider these to be scam apps. Just say up front the charge is $4.99. What a scam. Wish there was a way to report apps like this to Windows. It should be removed from the store for false advertising.

What this program allows you to do for "FREE", you can very easily do for yourself using the File Explorer that is already installed on your computer! I will say that it does do what it says, however, you have to pay in order to take advantage of using this tool. As the Developer said in a previous 1 star comment, you can click on the "All Files" tab to view the files and delete what you want, but there is no thumbnail of the file so you can compare the duplicates, so it does nothing more than File Explorer in the "FREE" version! Uninstalled the App.....

theres a few bugs going on with it but did a great job with pictures, music and videos and being able to find the duplicates even though names are different. They now have made all the subs free, why not just charge for the app? or put ads in it to help make some money?
