Day / Night Map

I absolutely love this app. Our local children's science museum has a Geochron clock that's basically a physical implementation of this. I've always wanted one of my own, and now I have one on every computer in the house!

A fantastic app that I thoroughly enjoy. 2 things that would be nice are: 1- option to display equator and 2 - option to show moon phase. Watching the moon phase change throughout the month as its position relative to the sun changes, and watching the north / south drift of the sun throughout the year in comparison to the day / night pattern would bring a wonderful completeness to the graphic. Still a great and worthwhile app just as it is.

Cool! I will be damned!! Since I download, and installed this app, I want to look at whole map for daytime, every early mornings! Because, I am legally Blind, and I use white cane during night time, I can't see in night, and I do not use white cane during Day time, but I have to use a white cane, during walking on sidewalk, and no sidewalk in my hometown around. So, this app help me, a lot, daily, to check on Day/Night Map

I like that the map is dynamic, and seeing the position of the sun and the moon. What I don't like is that the app doesn't let me center the continent I want. The position of everything is fixed. Also, I would be good to have an equator line and a map view that shows the international boundaries. This app has potential but it does need work.
