I opened several files in several ways, all of them locked up and never made it into any menu or screen. Sometimes I would get a lock up before I even reached a GUI and it was just the loading screen windows 10 uses to open a product. I would have to give it the lowest rating because, for me, it literally failed 100% of the time I tried to use it.

This software is nothing but adware. It provides no service other than trying to get you to a glorified file reader that you can get for free.
