CollaBoard

Das Arbeiten mit CollaBoard ist total einfach. Alle meine Projekte sind jetzt übersichtlich geordnet und ich kann auch von unterwegs auf alles zugreifen. Da ich viel unterwegs bin, ist es unheimlich praktisch nicht mehr alle Unterlagen mitschleppen zu müssen. Ich schalte einfach mein Windows Phone ein, starte CollaBoard, rufe das Projekt auf und verfüge über alle Daten die ich brauche. Ich bin begeistert!

As a creative, I was looking for an app to create beautiful inspiration boards with different media: texts, but also audio, photo and video. This one does it!! Also, I love the fact that the sticky notes can be enlarged, it's like having as many whiteboards in the inspiration board as you want - such a useful function.

The description of the downloaded app is misleading. What is downloaded is an evaluation version demonstrating SOME of the possibilities. For example, the collaboration function is NOT included! The evaluation version also requires you to sign in. I signed in using my Microsoft Account information. But for what purpose...it is an evaluation version! The services hyped in the product description cost $99/year/user. I work in a 3-person office. We like whiteboards! We use our whiteboards with our clients. For us, the Collaboard cost for a year using Collaboard, as we now use our whiteboards, with one client would be $400/year! Given the frequency that we use whiteboards, and limiting the use to our seven most complicated cases, that cost would balloon to $1000/per year for our office, which is just a little less than the amount that we pay per year for our case law research service for use with all of our clients!
