If train is late, the app keeps pushing back arrival time by 2-3 minutes. Those few minutes count down, then the app adds another 2-3 minutes, then another, and so on. So you never know its actual delay. Why not push back the time to the actual delay? Overall it works fine for on time trains, but doesn't work for late trains, which is really the while point of tracking train progress.
